Manufacturing process

Glue making → glue preparation (adding curing agent, release agent, etc.) → first impregnation (mixing melamine formaldehyde resin and urea formaldehyde resin) → first drying → second impregnation(melamine formaldehyde resin) → second drying →cooling cutting

At present, melamine impregnated adhesive film paper is widely used in dry board furniture, and most of them are in the form of low pressure and short cycle, that is, under high temperature and high pressure, the plate is made by pressing for tens of seconds. In recent years, the synchronized pattern board produced by impregnating adhesive film paper with steel plate and wood grain is deeply loved by people because of its good three-dimensional texture. Melamine impregnated paper will form high gloss plate under low temperature and long time pressing, which is also developed and improved by many companies.

In view of the requirements of surface plasticity and environmental protection, mainly formaldehyde free requirements, the impregnated paper is developed to finish the ink on the paper surface, and then the surface is coated with water-based polyurethane resin to play the role of scratch resistance protection: after the water-based polyurethane resin is coated on the paper surface, the paper can also be wrapped and curled, and the plasticity will be better than the previous one.
